We are dedicated to providing a FUN, safe, encouraging, educational and welcoming
environment for ALL practitioners. Please know that by participating in classes here, you are choosing to be a part of an ever-growing community that supports each other-- we are always kind, supportive and loving humans to every person that comes in.

1. Memberships & Payments
• We offer various membership options, including drop-in classes, class packages,
workshops, and recurring memberships.
• Current pricing and membership details are available on our website or at the front desk.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• All memberships and class packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, unless specified.

2. Studio Etiquette
• Please arrive on time for class to minimize disruptions.
• Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow clients is expected at all times.
• To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, please avoid wearing strong scents
or perfumes.
• Phones should be silenced during class sessions, and not in yoga room. (emergency/first responder exceptions)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 4 hours in advance to
avoid any applicable late cancellation charges.
• Memberships, workshops, and class packages are non-refundable unless otherwise
stated by the yoga school.
• Any approved refunds may be subject to processing fees.

4. Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary for scheduling,
communication, account management, and service-related purposes.
• Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required
by law or necessary for business operations.

5. Photography & Media
• From time to time, photos or videos may be taken within the studio for promotional or
marketing purposes. Please notify staff if you prefer not to appear in any media content.

6. Suspension or Termination of Services
• Hot Yoga Grand Traverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or access to
studio services in cases of policy violations, inappropriate conduct, or behavior that
disrupts the studio environment.

7. Policy Updates
• School policies and terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of any revised policies.
By attending classes or using services provided by Hot Yoga Grand Traverse, you acknowledge and agreeto these Terms of Service and Studio Policies.
