Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment to your yoga practice, and our goal is to create a positive and consistent experience for everyone. To ensure fairness to all our students and staff, the following policy applies to cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Classes may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the class will not be accommodated, and the class fee will be forfeited. No-Show Policy The class fee will be forfeited if you do not attend a class without prior cancellation or rescheduling. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Memberships and Packages If you have a membership or class package, late cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules within 24 hours will result in the deduction of one class credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. This helps us respect the time of our instructors and other students while maintaining a seamless schedule for everyone.
